We got a call one afternoon to attend the movie theatre in East Law. The customer was rather pleased he stumbled upon us seeing as we happened to be the third emergency locksmith firm he had rung, the others declining to assist. He had gone out for a film and a meal with his wife because it was their 10th anniversary. However it was only as they walked out of the cinema that he noticed that he had misplaced their car keys. He told us, "I ran back into the building and looked the place where we were; however no car keys. I then got an idea to check in the vehicle and lo and behold I found them, in the ignition, and yet the door had self locked." Our technician arrived promptly and after a few moments had the work successfully done and the vehicle open. The now thrilled husband and wife were quickly up and running.

"I generally check I have the front door keys long before exiting the house, and yet I got a call from my ailing nan and hurried out to visit her. And do you know what? I forgot my keys in the house" a customer yelled over the telephone, evidently upset by her day not really proceeding very well. "This is what we specialise in" we assured her and sent someone to the house directly and got the door open and the keys into her hands.

A client in East Law had an interesting experience to explain "The week end got here with wonderful climatic conditions and off we travelled for our camping outdoors trip, it was basically a very good weekend break but sad to say we landed home to see we had lost the household keys. "In our office we have a dead latch lock and also a code lock which we do not use, and one of our workers proceeded to use the code mechanism to lock the building, not aware we did not already know the code. And therefore as soon as everyone came to work the next day we were locked out.
